Brooke Elizabeth Burns born 16 March 1978, is an American model and television star. Burns began her television career in 1995 portraying the supporting character Peg in the Spanish-American teen comedy Out of the Blue (1995-1996). Burns was a member of the Baywatch cast in 1998. She then starred on the sequel to Baywatch: Hawaii version until her pregnancy caused her to quit the show. Brooke Elizabeth Burns has been an exercise model on TV and a performer for nearly ten years. The most well-known role she has played is as Jessie Owens of Baywatch. The character she played as Jessie Owens in Shallow Hal, a commercially popular 2001 film, was what made her well-known.
